| · How do I register? Simply go to our home page here and click on 'Place Advert', from here you can register for FREE, then when you are happy with your ad you can put it live to the internet for just £9.99 for as long as you like.
Once you are registered you can then create your online advert, which is then available to all visitors to this site.
You can come back and change details as often as you like, or withdraw the advert at any point
You have the option to upload 5 photographs of the property for people to view, you can also chop and change these as often as you like.

| · Is my information private? Yes! We do not disclose your email address.
Obviously, it is your choice what you place in the description for the advert, so if you place personal contact details within that then we cannot hide it for you.
The most detailed level of information about you that is available would be your postcode, and of course whatever you place in the description.

| · How do potential clients contact me? When your advert is found by a visitors search the visitor has an option to fill out a contact form for you.
We then take that contact form and match it privately to your email address and forward it on to you. The visitor never sees your email address.
When the visitor fills out the form they enter their own email address and a message, we then pass that directly on to you, this message is not stored by us.
From that point on you then have the option to reply directly to the visitor or not, once you do reply to them you then have you own conversation going away from this website.

| · Can I withdraw my advert? Yes, once your property is sold or rented out then you obviously do not want to keep advertising it.
Therefore, simply log into the site and click 'Your Advert', then edit your property and click the 'Hide Advert' box OR click the 'Delete Account' option on your account page.
If you think that you may wish to readvertise later with the same ad then choose the 'Hide Advert' option, doing this means you can come back later and 'UnHide' the ad. [ Back to Top ]

| · Can I add a different property later? Yes. Once you have registered then you can advertise and re-advertise again and again for any property.

Under this visitors can then search for other features of your home that you have entered.
